Who ?
The Ontario Parks Association Foundation (OPAF) is a registered charitable organization (Registered Number: 891191777 RR001) incorporated in 1987 to further education through related technology in the field of public parks within the Province of Ontario. Our goal is to raise funds to assist deserving students enrolled in post-secondary education studying in the parks, horticulture, environmental or other related fields.
What ?
Create social networking venues for those involved in or with an interest in parks, horticulture and the environment that supports the Foundation.
Develop and implement investment and management strategies.
Increase the profile of the OPAF with the members of the OPA, post-secondary schools and students.
Establish annual award targets for five-year periods with annual review.
Support the goals and objectives of the Ontario Parks Association.(OPA)

TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
A territorial acknowledgement honors the land on which our successes have been built, and the Indigenous people who have been living on and caring for this land for thousands of years. It is a longstanding protocol among Indigenous peoples that honors their spiritual connection to the land. We offer this territorial acknowledgement as an act towards reconciliation between non-Indigenous Canadians and the Indigenous peoples of Canada.
We acknowledge that the land on which our OPAF office stands is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe and Neutral People. We recognise the enduring presence of the Indigenous people with whom we share this land today, their achievements and their contributions to our community. We offer this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples of Canada.
