Interested students must include a completed application form along with the required documents listed in the application checklist. The entire application package must be postmarked or received digitally by midnight on Friday, May 31, 2026.
Please note: Applications and transcripts may be submitted separately; email submission is preferred at scholar@opaf.ca. It is highly recommended to submit applications as early as possible, as transcripts received after May 31 will disqualify the application. Hard copies can be sent to the address below; however, this online format submission is preferred:
