The Leadership Mandates

Lead Grower (Chairperson) The Lead Grower provides the overarching vision for the organization, ensuring all departments work in harmony to maintain a healthy and productive environment. They act as the primary steward of our mission, guiding the Foundation Cultivators toward sustainable, long-term growth.

The Reservoir Warden (Treasurer) The Reservoir Warden is the guardian of our organization’s vital financial resources, overseeing the flow and preservation of capital. The Scribe of the Landscape (Executive Secretary) The Scribe serves as the official historian and record-keeper, ensuring that every decision and milestone is accurately documented. The Propagation Lead (Fund Development) The Propagation Lead is responsible for the expansion of our resources, identifying and cultivating new streams of support and partnership. The Germination Steward (Scholarship & Bursary) The Germination Steward focuses on the earliest stages of professional development, managing the funds that help new talent take root.
